Fixed and Mobile Laboratory Site Support

GEOMET's capabilities include design and/or operation of both fixed site and mobile laboratories for the detection and analysis of chemical agent materials in chem demil operations. We also offer expert consultation services to assist in designing, retrofitting or installing mobile or fixed site laboratory facilities to meet requisite safety and health requirements in compliance with U.S. Army guidelines for use in dilute chemical agent operations.

GEOMET-designed mobile laboratories are fully equipped for monitoring and analytical operations and are set up for easy positioning or repositioning about operational sites. GEOMET customizes its laboratory designs to facilitate delivery of a wide range of critical demil services, including:

• Monitoring and rapid on-site analysis of chemical agents and industrial pollutants
• Assessment of chemical agent monitoring systems and procedures
• Preparation, review, and revision of chemical agent test plans and test reports
• Investigation and analysis of instrumentation, equipment, and procedural failures in chemical agent monitoring analysis
• Development and/or provision of analytical standards and methods for the verification of all laboratory analytical procedures
• Development, review, revision and implementation of laboratory quality assurance procedures and programs
